Bulletin Boards and Meeting Rooms. AFSCME shall be permitted to post notices of official AFSCME business on existing bulletin boards. All materials posted on bulletin boards must be dated and must identify AFSCME as the publisher. AFSCME may, with prior approval of the City, be permitted to use City meeting rooms during non-work hours for meetings with represented employees, provided such space is available. The use of City equipment other than items normally used in the conduct of business meetings (such as desks, chairs, blackboards, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Bulletin Boards and Meeting Rooms a. The District will permit the use of bulletin boards for official Union business. b. The Union shall be allowed the use of specific meeting rooms at District facilities for executive board or membership meetings during non-working hours provided that there is no additional cost to the District, that it does not interfere with District operations, and that employees in attendance are not on duty or scheduled for work.

  • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.
