BUSINESS AGENTS VISITS. 18.01 The authorized Business Agent, or Representative of the Union, shall receive permission from the Store Manager, or Assistant Manager, to talk with any employees, who are members of the Local, regarding Union matters during regular working hours. All interviews of employees by the Union Representative shall be carried on in a place in the Store provided by the Company. Providing that such interviews will not interfere with the efficiency of the operation of the Store, time taken for such interviews shall not be in excess of ten (10) minutes.

BUSINESS AGENTS VISITS. 21.01 Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the store for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.
21.02 The interview of an employee by the Union representative shall be permitted after notifying the Store Manager and shall be:
1. carried on in a place in the store designed by Management;
2. held whenever possible during the lunch period. However, if this is not practical;
3. during regular working hours. Time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Employer time unless with the approval of management;
4. held at such times as will not interfere with service to the public. No interview shall be held on Friday, Saturday, or any day after 4:00 p.m. or on the day preceding a statutory holiday, except in cases of employees who work only Fridays, Saturdays, or after 3:30 p.m.
21.03 Union representatives shall be permitted to review the Hours of Work Schedule and in the event of any discrepancies, they shall be presented under Section 27 of this Agreement.
21.04 Upon request, a copy of the relevant work schedule will be given to the Shop Xxxxxxx to investigate and attempt to resolve potential problems with the scheduling of hours.
21.05 Upon request the Xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to update the posted schedule from the Master schedule.

The authorized business agent or representatives of the Union shall be permitted, after receiving permission from the Store Manager, will not be unreasonably with- held) to talk with any employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. All interviews in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Company time.
BUSINESS AGENTS VISITS.
22.01 The authorized business agent or representatives of the Union shall be permitted reasonable access to the Company’s premises at reasonable times for the purpose of administering the terms of this Agreement. All interviews in excess of fifteen (15) minutes shall not be on Company time. It is understood that such representative shall first notify the Supervisor of their presence and secure approval to remain on the premises. The Company shall not unreasonably withhold such approval. In no event shall the Company’s operation be disrupted.
BUSINESS AGENTS VISITS. 18.01 The Union shall provide reasonable notice to the Employer when the Senior Union Official or her/ his designated representative intends to visit the Employer’s place of business for the purpose of conducting Union business. If possible, the Union shall specify the anticipated duration of the visit. At no time shall he/ she interfere with Plant Operations.
