Business Days/Hours of Operation. Our business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday, except bank holidays. Although payments and transfers can be completed only on business days, the Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during maintenance periods.

All NetTeller transactions initiated after 5:00 p.m. Central Time will be posted to the appropriate account on the next Business Day. The cut-off time for BillPay transactions is 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Because of our daily processing requirements, there will be a period of about 15 minutes per business day when you will not be able to post transfers to your account. Generally, that downtime will occur between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00

The system may be temporarily unavailable for brief periods of maintenance or in emergency situations. In addition, the Bill Pay Service is made available pursuant to a license agreement by and between FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK and ACI Worldwide (ACI). Any interruption of service or access caused by ACI will also prevent your use of the service. Bill payments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transactions that are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays on which the “Bank” chooses to remain closed will be processed on the “Bank’s” next business day.
