Buyer’s Representation. A real estate brokerage representing a buyer must do what is best for the Buyer. • A written contract, called a buyer representation agreement, creates an agency relationship between the buyer and the brokerage, and establishes buyer representation. It also explains services the brokerage will provide, establishes a fee arrangement for the Commercial REALTOR®’s services and specifies what obligations a buyer may have. • Typically, buyers will be obliged to work exclusively with that brokerage for a period of time. • Confidences a buyer shares with the buyer’s agent must be kept confidential. • Although confidential information about the Interested Party cannot be disclosed, a seller working with a Interested Party’s agent can expect to be treated fairly and honestly.
Buyer’s Representation. Buyer represents and warrants that: (a) it has not offered to any of AMS’ employees or members of such employee’s family, any gift, gratuity, or compensation in any form; (b) it has disclosed to AMS the names of all employees of AMS (or their family members) that are employed by, or have any ownership interest in, Buyer; (c) there is no understanding or agreement, express or implied, for the acquisition of any ownership interest in Buyer by such employees (or their family members) that has not been previously disclosed to AMS; and (d) it will not employ any of AMS’ employees or persons (or their family members) who have been employed by AMS in any preceding twelve (12) month period unless approved in advance by AMS. Buyer will be liable for any and all damages resulting from Xxxxx’s breach of this provision. This provision will survive the termination of this Agreement, regardless of cause, for a period of one (1) year after the delivery of all Parts hereunder.

Buyer’s Representation. Buyer agrees that the Dog is being bought for herself and will not be sold, adopted, or given to another party without notifying Seller first and giving Seller the option of taking the Dog back. - Buyer agrees that this Dog is being purchased as a family pet and not being bred on Buyer’s behalf. - Buyer agrees to care for the Dog in a humane manner and be a responsible owner. See medical records for details. - The Seller provides copies of the genetic testing done by for the sire and dam - The bite of the Dog is not guaranteed. - Seller does not warrant any condition, which is deemed by a veterinarian to be a normal aspect of a geriatric age, communicable disease, or conditions related to an injury. Veterinary Care and Nutrition - The Dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and worming at the time Buyer takes possession. Included with agreement is a record that lists exact dates and types of vaccinations/worming that have been given. It is important that the Dog receive the necessary vaccinations to keep it protected against infections canine diseases. - Buyer agrees to follow all local, provincial, and federal laws concerning canine Rabies vaccinations. - Buyer agrees to keep the Dog current on all veterinary care, including shots, de-worming, and tick and flea treatment, and seek appropriate care in the event of injury or illness. Buyer is responsible for all veterinary expenses while in their care. - Buyer agrees that veterinary care including dental surgery will be rendered as adult teeth erupt (ie canines). - In the event of accident or injury, the Buyer agrees to immediately inform Seller of condition, diagnosis, and recommendations. - Buyer agrees the Dog will not been allowed to become obese or malnourished, but a healthy weight maintained. - The Buyer agrees that the Dog will not be allowed to climb and descend sets of stairs or jump off furniture prior to the age of one, and not participate in sports such as Ag...
Buyer’s Representation. Buyer agrees, represents and warrants, as of the date of execution of this Agreement and as of Close of Escrow, as follows: (a) Buyer is a corporation, duly formed, existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware; (b) Buyer has full legal right, power and authority to execute and fully perform its obligations under this Agreement pursuant to its governing instruments, without the need for any further corporate action; and (c) the persons executing this Agreement and other documents required hereunder on behalf of Buyer are the duly designated agents of Buyer and are authorized to do so.
