Calculation of Length of Vacation. (i) For the purpose of calculation of length of annual vacation with pay, an employee's service will be that service performed in the twelve (12) month period currently used by homes for such calculation. This period may vary between homes (e.g. January 1 -December 31, April 1 - March 31, July - June 30), and that no home will change its currently accepted accumulation period without prior discussion with the Association.
