ANNUAL VACATION WITH PAY. Every employee is entitled to, and shall be granted, a vacation with pay as follows:
a) Two (2) weeks' vacation with pay after the completion of each year of continuous service with the Company. Payment for such vacation shall be in the amount equal to four percent (4%) of the gross wages for the employee during the year in which he qualified for such vacation.
b) Employees who have completed three (3) years of continuous service with the Company shall receive in the next succeeding year of employment, and each year thereafter, three (3) weeks' vacation with pay in an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the gross wages of that employee during the year in which he qualified for such vacation.
c) Employees who have completed six (6) years of continuous service with the Company shall receive in the next succeeding year of employment, and each year thereafter, four (4) weeks' vacation with pay in amount equal to eight percent (8%) of the gross wages of that employee during the year in which he qualified for such vacation.
d) Employees who have completed ten (10) years of continuous service with the Company shall receive in the next succeeding year of employment, and each year thereafter, five (5) weeks' vacation with pay in amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the gross wages of that employee during the year in which he qualified for such vacation.
e) Employees who have completed sixteen (16) years of continuous service with the Company shall receive in the next succeeding year of employment, and each year thereafter, six (6) weeks' vacation with pay in amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the gross wages of that employee during the year in which he qualified for such vacation.
f) Vacation schedules will be posted by the Company by February 28 of each year and the employee shall designate their choice of vacation time before March 30. If an employee fails to designate his choice of vacation on such listing while posted, vacation lime shall be granted at the Company's discretion. All vacations must be taken in the year they are allotted. There will be no carry over. All employee requested shall be recognized, if operating conditions allow, vacations shall be granted on the basis of seniority.
g) An employee laid off or leaving the Company before completion of a full year of service, shall be entitled to a pro-rated vacation with pay computed on the same percentage of his gross wages during the portion of the year worked.

ANNUAL VACATION WITH PAY. (a) An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year is not qualified for vacation under Xxxxxx
(b) Subject to the provisions of clause (c) hereof, an employee who at the beginning of the calendar year, has maintained a continuous employment relationship for at least 3 years and who has rendered compensated service in 30 calendar months calculated from the date of entering service, shall have his/her vacation scheduled on the basis of one calendar day's vacation for each 17 days worked and/or available for service, or major portion of such days, during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of three weeks. Compensation for such vacation will be 6% of the gross wage of the employee during the preceding calendar year. This basis applies during subsequent years until qualifying for further vacation under Xxxxxx (d) of this Article 54.1
(c) An employee covered by Xxxxxx (b) hereof, will be entitled to vacation on the basis outlined therein if on his/her fourth or subsequent service anniversary date he/she has rendered compensated service in 40 calendar months; otherwise his/her vacation entitlement will be calculated as set out in Clause (a) hereof. Any vacation granted for which the employee does not subsequently qualify will be deducted from the employee's vacation entitlement in the next calendar year. If such employee's employment relationship with the Company is terminated for any reason prior to his/her next vacation, the adjustment will be made at time of leaving.
(d) Subject to the provisions of Clause (e) hereof, an employee who, at the beginning of the calendar year, has maintained a continuous employment relationship for at least 7 years and who has rendered compensated service in 70 calendar months calculated from the date of entering service, shall have his/her vacation scheduled on the basis of one calendar day's vacation for each 13 days worked and/or available for service, or major portion of such days, during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of four weeks. Compensation for such vacation will be 8% of the gross wages of the employee during the preceding calendar year. ANNUAL VACATION WITH PAY. 25.01 Every employee who at June 30th has been in continuous service of the Company and its predecessors:
(a) for thirty-five (35) years or more, shall receive six (6) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 32.5 days pay, 2010 31 days pay, 2011 30 days pay) , at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(b) for thirty (30) years or more, shall receive five (5) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 32.5 days pay, 2010 31 days pay, 2011 29.5 days pay, 2012 28 days pay, 2013 26.5 days pay, 2014 25 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(c) for twenty-five (25) years or more, shall receive five (5) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 29.5 days pay, 2010 28 days pay, 2011 26.5 days pay, 2012 25 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(d) for twenty (20) years or more, shall receive five (5) weeks vacation with pay equal to (2009 28.5 days pay, 2010 27 days pay, 2011 25.5 days pay, 2012 25 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(e) for fifteen (15) years or more, shall receive four (4) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 20.75 days pay, 2010 20 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(f) for ten (10) years or more, shall receive four (4) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 20 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(g) for five (5) years or more, shall receive three (3) weeks vacation, with pay equal to (2009 15.75 days pay, 2010 15 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(h) for three (3) years or more, but less than five (5), shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay equal to (2009 15 days pay), at the highest base rate for his classification between the preceding July 1st to June 30th.
(i) for one (1) year or more, shall receive two (2) weeks vacation, with pay equal to four per cent (4%) of their total earnings with the Company during year ending June 30th.
(j) for less than one (1) year, shall receive vacation pay equivalent to four per cent (4%) of their total earnings with the Company during the period of their employment ending June 30th.

(b) Employees who have worked five (5) years or more continuous service with the Hotel, but less than ten (10) years continuous service shall be entitled to three (3) weeks vacation with pay calculated on the basis of six per cent (6%) of the salary earned in the previous year ending December 31st of each year.
(c) Employees who have worked ten (10) years of more continuous service with the Hotel, but less than twenty (20) years continuance service shall be entitled to four (4) weeks vacation with pay calculated on the basis of eight percent (8%) of the salary earned in the previous year ending December 31st of each year.
(d) Employees, who have worked twenty (20) years or more continuous service with the Hotel, shall be entitled to five (5) weeks vacation with pay calculated on the basis of ten percent (10%) of the salary earned in the previous year ending December 31st of each year.
(e) In addition to the foregoing, the Employer shall pay the amounts specified on the vacation pay drawn by an employee taking the equivalent time off. However, an employee shall not receive the additional amount paid for any amount of vacation pay drawn and for which equivalent time off is not taken.
