Call back between 10pm and 2am. If the employee has completed a 10 hr break prior to the call back and a fitness for work risk assessment has been completed by the employee then the employee may continue to complete the remaining hours as if the were working a regular day such that they work no more than 8 hours in total unless they obtain management approval to continue working past that time. The employees shall be paid Normal time rates after 6am. If the employee elects to continue working through and completing an 8 hour shift then a 10 hour break will be provided to the employee at the completion of the call back. If the employee has not had a 10 hour break prior to the call out then they must leave the site for a 10 hr break on the completion of the call back.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.

  • REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Call Back Number A telephone number that can be used by the PSAP to re-contact the location from which a 911/E-911 Call was placed. The telephone number may or may not be the telephone number of the station used to originate the 911/E-911 Call.

Third-party scaling organization information is required to determine Xxxxxxxx mbf and Average log length for payment reduction purposes. Average log length is determined on a piece count basis. Value of log length price reduction will be derived from the applicable sort value as described in this contract. Scale information for determining Average log length for payment reduction eligibility must be obtained from roll-out scale. Truck-ramp, sample scaling, and/or bundle scaling information is not acceptable for determining eligibility. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for below average log lengths shall be the payment reduction described in this clause, notwithstanding other provisions in the Uniform Commercial Code.
