Call Back - Full-time Only. An employee who is called back to work after leaving her normal work location shall be credited with a minimum of two (2) hours of overtime calculated at the rate of time and one-half (1½) her regular straight-time hourly rate for work performed on each such call in, except to the extent that such two (2)-hour period overlaps and extends into her regular shift, in which case she shall receive credit for overtime for the hours actually worked prior to the commencement of the regular shift. This clause shall not apply when an employee is given twelve (12) hours' notice prior to reporting for work, as it shall be deemed to be a change of working schedule.

Call Back - Full-time Only. An employee who is called to work after leaving the Hospital premises and outside of his regular scheduled hours shall be compensated at one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for the time worked with a guaranteed minimum of three (3) hours at one and one-half (1-1/2) times his regular straight time pay. When the hours worked are continuous with the commencement of the employee's next shift, the guaranteed minimum will not apply. In any eight (8) hour period the employee will not be entitled to receive more than eight (8) hours at applicable rates irrespective of the number of call-ins within such period. The reference to leaving the Hospital premises referred to above will not be applicable where an employee remains in the Hospital on standby by arrangement with the Employer.

  • APPLIES TO FULL-TIME ONLY The scheduling of all off duty days including annual vacation as provided in this Agreement shall be conditional upon the availability of qualified staff to provide efficient and proper care of patients at all times, as required by the Employer.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.

  • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Applicable to Full-Time Employees An employee who qualifies under Article 16.04 and is required to work on any of the above-mentioned holidays will, at the option of the Employer, receive in addition to shift premium, if applicable, either;

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.
