Call Time. Section 1. Employees who have been called into work outside of their regular shift schedule shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours' work. Call time pay begins when the employee reports to the assigned work site ready for work. There shall be no duplication of hours.

Call Time. Section 1. Employees Any employee who have has been called into to work outside of their his/her regular shift schedule shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours' workhours pay. Call Employees receiving call time assignments shall be credited for beginning work when they arrive at the work site. An employee who is called at home about work and is therefore entitled to be paid pursuant to applicable law shall be paid for the length of the contact but in no event less than fifteen (15) minutes pay begins when the employee reports to the assigned work site ready for workany such contact. There shall be no duplication of hours.
