Call Time. 5.01 (a) Any employee called back to work after the completion of his shift or called in more than three (3) hours prior to the commencement of his shift, will receive two (2) times his standard rate of pay for such hours and shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours' pay at the premium rate.
