Canada Post Requirements. The Owner COVENANTS AND AGREES to provide the City with evidence that satisfactory arrangements, financial and otherwise, have been made with Canada Post Corporation for the installation of Community Mail Boxes (CMBs) as required by Canada Post Corporation and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule “C” Section 14 at the time of sidewalk and/or curb installation. The Owner further covenants and agrees to notify prospective purchasers of locations of CMBs in accordance with Schedule “G” Item 1l) and that home/business mail delivery will be provided via CMB, provided the Owner has paid for the activation and equipment installation of the CMBs.

Canada Post Requirements. The Owner shall be responsible for the supply and installation of Community Mail Boxes (CBMs) within the Plan of Subdivision to the satisfaction of the City and Canada Post in accordance with the following requirements: a) The Owner shall meet all financial obligations for the placement of Canada Post infrastructure. b) The Owner shall provide, at the Owner’s expense, curb depressions at the Community Mailbox location two (2) metres in width and no higher than 25mm. c) The Owner shall provide, at the Owner’s expense, a paved lay-by at the Community Mailbox location when required by the municipality. d) If a grassed boulevard is planned between the curb and the sidewalk where the Community Mailbox is located, the Owner shall install at the Owner’s expense, a walkway across the boulevard one (1.0) metre in width and constructed of a material suitable to the City. In addition, the Owner shall ensure that this walkway is accessible by providing a curb depression between the street and the walkway. The depression shall be one (1.0) metre wide and no higher than 25mm. e) Canada Post must be contacted prior to implementation for the approval of proposed mailbox locations. f) The Owner shall inform all prospective purchasers, through a clause in all Agreements of Purchase and Sale, as to those lots identified for potential Community Mail Box, mini-park and /or locations.
Canada Post Requirements. (a) Canada Post is not a party to any lease agreement or rental agreement and will not have any obligations or liability under this Agreement. (b) The Meter remains our property and is for use only by you on our mailing machines. The Meter may be used for postage imprinting and recording purposes only. Tampering with or misuse of the Meter is punishable under law. (c) You agree to allow us to inspect the Equipment and the Meter periodically and to inspect your mail preparation process, including, but not limited to, confirming the accurate determination of the applicable rates and reference to the applicable current rates. (f) You will take reasonable steps as are reasonable necessary to ensure the security of the Meter and as directed by us. (g) You acknowledge that we and Canada Post each have the right to correct or require the correction of any oversetting of the postage component of the Meter. (h) If the Meter enables you to print words or symbols other than those which are required under the Canada Post Corporation Act or the regulations under that Act or as otherwise required by Canada Post, you must not set up the Meter except as approved by Canada Post. (i) You acknowledge and approve of exchanges of information regarding you between us and Canada Post. (j) You will allow Canada Post to use for any purpose that is within the description of the objects of Canada Post under the Canada Post Corporation Act, any information concerning you. (k) If Canada Post establishes specifications for items used in conjunction with Meters, including, but not limited to, tape and ink, you will only use items that are on Canada Post’s then current list of acceptable items of that type. (l) You agree that you are using and will use the Meter only in connection with your business or businesses for your own mail or, to the extent that your core business or businesses involve the provision of mail preparation and induction services to your customers, the mail of such customers.   • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Check Requirements Any image of a check that I transmit to you must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time presented to me by the drawer. Prior to capturing the original check, I will indorse the back of the original check. My endorsement will include "For Directions E- Deposit Only" in addition to my signature. The image of the check transmitted to you must accurately and legibly provide, among other things, the following information: (1) the information identifying the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the check, including complete and accurate MICR information and the signature(s); and (2) other information placed on the check prior to the time an image of the check is captured, such as any required identification written on the front of the check and any endorsements applied to the back of the check. Slash shall be lopped to no higher than 4’ and pulled apart as directed by the Regional Forester. L. Operator shall exercise care and caution in all operations to prevent damage to all trees not specified for treatment. M. All tops must be pulled back 25 feet from the State Game Land boundary, (blazed & painted white), all roads, parking lots, herbaceous openings, utility Right of Ways and deer exclosures. Tops, branches, and slash will be removed from all ponds, lakes, and streams. N. Damage to trails, roads, streams, or utility rights-of-way caused by the Operator’s equipment must be repaired by the Operator at their expense. O. Any trash resulting from the Operator’s operations must be removed from the area and properly disposed. P. The Operator shall not block any roads or trails in the area during performance of this contract. The Operator shall not in any way hinder the progress of any Timber Sale Contracts in these areas. Q. All labor, equipment, tools, etc., needed to complete contracted projects are to be provided by the Operator. R. Timber Damages – when in the opinion of Field Contract Coordinator, damage to the residual stand becomes excessive, the Operator shall pay the Commission a fair base current value determined by the Field Contract Coordinator per unit of volume. If this value for damage due to Operator’s carelessness or negligence is less than $10.00 per tree, then a minimum charge of $10.00 per tree will be made whether the tree is commercial, non-commercial, merchantable, or non-merchantable.

  • Payment Requirements ‌ A. Contract Amount: It is expressly agreed and understood that the total amount to be paid by County under this Contract shall not exceed the total County funding as set forth in Attachment B-Payment/Compensation to Subrecipient attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. County will reclaim any unused balance of funds for reallocation to other County approved projects.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
