CANCELLATION AND COOLING OFF PERIOD. If this policy does not meet Your needs, You have 30 days from the date You received Your policy documents to cancel the policy and obtain a full refund. To cancel Your policy within this 30-day period please contact the Introducer who sold You Your policy. If You wish to cancel Your policy after this 30-day period, You can cancel at any time up to the Expiry Date of Your policy and receive a pro rata refund. To cancel Your policy please contact the Administrator by calling 0000 000 0000 or by writing to: Car Care Plan, Jubilee House, 5 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx XX0 0XX. The percentage refund will be calculated from the date Your request to cancel is received. An administration fee of £20 will be deducted from the calculated amount prior to any refund being paid. Please note that We will not give You a refund if You have already made a successful claim on Your policy. If You have paid for Your policy in cash, as opposed to a Car Care Plan Ltd instalment agreement, provided You have not made a successful claim, the Administrator will provide You with a refund proportional to the length of time the policy has been in force and is calculated using the policy Start Date. The amount of refund You receive will be based on each full calendar month remaining on Your policy as a percentage of the original duration of Your policy less an administration fee of £20. If You have paid for Your policy by instalment payments through an instalment agreement with Car Care Plan Ltd, any refund amount owed to You will be calculated in line with the following rules: Where You have paid all the instalment payments, We will calculate the refund as above. However, You have the right to cancel it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Certificate without giving any reason. If You do so We will refund Your payment in full less the cost of any repairs undertaken. In the event that You wish to cancel Your Tyre insurance within the fourteen (14) day period please contact Your supplying dealer who will arrange for the refund. 8.2 If You cancel after the first fourteen (14) days of receipt of Your Certificate, irrespective of whether or not You have made a claim no premium refund will be given. 8.3 We reserve the right to cancel Your Complete Wheel insurance in the event You do not pay the premium. 8.4 We reserve the right to cancel Your Tyre insurance by giving You thirty (30) days notice at any stage during the Period of Cover. In this event We will refund You for the unexpired portion of Your premium. 8.5 We may cancel this insurance if in Our opinion You have at any time: 8.5.1 given Us false or incomplete information 8.5.2 agreed to help anyone try to take money from Us dishonestly, or failed to meet the terms and conditions of this insurance or 8.5.3 failed to act honestly towards Us.

CANCELLATION AND COOLING OFF PERIOD. 22.1 Where the Tenant signed the Agreement before 31st July in the relevant academic year there is a 14 day cooling off period after which the Agreement is legally binding. Where the Tenant confirms the Tenancy after the 31st July, there will be a 48 hour cooling off period after which the Agreement is legally binding. This decision will be made by the management team at their discretion This Agreement is a legally binding document. Signing it means that the Tenant has read, understands and agrees to be bound by its terms. The Tenant should therefore satisfy himself/herself that this is indeed the case before signing. The Tenant should be aware that he/she will be bound for the whole of the Contractual Term (as defined above) and will not be released from his/her obligations until the Contractual Term expires. If the Tenant does not understand anything in this Agreement, then it is strongly suggested that he/she asks for an explanation before signing it. Insureds Right to Cancel during the Cooling-Off Period Insured has the right to cancel the policy by notifying Underwriters in writing within twenty- one (21) days of the date the policy was issued to Insured (Cooling-Off Period). Insured is entitled, during the Cooling-Off Period, to a complete refund of the amount Insured has paid for the policy. If Insured choose to cancel the policy during the Cooling-Off Period, Underwriters will treat the policy as never having existed. Insured is not entitled to a refund if, during the Cooling-Off Period, the policy has already expired or if Insured has made a claim under the policy. b. Insureds Right to Cancel after the Cooling-Off Period Insured may cancel the policy after the cooling-off period by notifying Underwriters in writing. The cancellation will take effect on the day Underwriters receive such notice in writing. Underwriters will refund the premium for the unexpired Period of Insurance. If more than one person, company or firm is named on the policy as an insured person(s), Underwriters will only cancel the policy if a written agreement to cancel the policy is received by Underwriters from all parties named as an insured person(s). Any return of premium due to Insured will be calculated at a proportional daily rate depending on how long the policy has been in force unless Insured have made a claim in which case the full annual premium is due.

CANCELLATION AND COOLING OFF PERIOD. Should the Customer decide they no longer require this Service Plan, they can cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of submitting the Application Form, providing no Service Plan claims have been made. Any promotional discounts received in relation to submitting the Application Form will be deducted from any refund due. If the event that the promotional discount received was more than the amount paid by the Customer, then the Customer shall pay to Xxxx’x Bike Surgery a sum equivalent to the shortfall within 30 days of the date of invoking the cooling off period cancellation. This Agreement may be cancelled by or on behalf of the Customer by contacting Xxxx’x Bike Surgery, in the event of one of the following circumstances: 7.1. on the death of the Customer; 7.2. on the theft of the Bicycle where the Bicycle is not recovered; 7.3. on the Bicycle being declared by an insurance company to be a total loss as a result of accident damage. 7.4. A cancellation fee of £10.00 (including VAT) will be charged. 7.5. On cancellation under clause 7.1, 7.2, or 7.3 Xxxx’x Bike Surgery will calculate the total Servicing (the Termination Price) up to the date of cancellation and will supply details of the Termination Price to the Customer in writing. In the event that the Customer has paid more than the Termination Price then the excess will be refunded to the Customer. In the event that the Customer has paid less than the Termination Price then the Customer shall pay to Xxxx’x Bike Surgery, within 30 days of the termination date, a sum equivalent to the shortfall.
