Cancellation by Member. A Member may only cancel this Membership Agreement in accordance with the methods set out in Schedule 2.
Cancellation by Member. You may cancel your membership at any time after the paid commitment period indicated on the front of this Agreement, by giving the Club thirty (30) days advance written notice. Such cancellation shall be deemed effective on the first day of the calendar month following the expiration of the 30-day notice period and all outstanding dues and charges have been paid to the Club. You will remain liable for payment of dues and other charges for periods prior to the effective date of cancellation. If you prepaid your membership dues or other charges, and are eligible to cancel your membership before the end of the prepaid period, the Club will refund prepaid amounts only for unused membership time. Any amounts due by you will be deducted from any refund due to you. If you cancel during your paid commitment period, you will remain responsible for paying dues for the remaining commitment period. Until you provide written notice of cancellation as stated above and make all outstanding payments, you will continue to be charged monthly dues.
Cancellation by Member. Member agrees that if he/she wishes to terminate this membership, member must do so in writing with 30 days advance notice to club’s management office. This notice will cause NEW FITNESS CONCEPTS to forward your request in writing to Miami-Dade County for cancellation of payroll deduction. Payroll deductions shall continue until the number of weeks used is recovered by Miami-Dade County. A period of 60 days is required following cancellation of payroll deductions.
Cancellation by Member. Member may cancel Membership by calling 1-866-MED-9110 and agree to pay the above Cancellation Fees. Member may cancel after the 3- month term without any Cancellation Fees.
Cancellation by Member. You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing written notice to Xxxxx. However, you remain responsible for any unpaid Membership Fees for the remainder of the then- current term.
Cancellation by Member. 8.1. All Memberships carry an initial commitment of three (3) months. After three (3) months, Memberships may be cancelled by the Member by giving written notice to Xxxxxxxx.
8.2. All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered via email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx
8.3. Cancellations will be effective as of the last day of each Renewal Period.
8.4. No partial refunds are offered for memberships cancelled in the middle of a Renewal Period.
8.5. Any notices of cancellation must be delivered before the 25th day of the Renewal Period in order to cancel for the following Renewal Period. Any Members delivering a cancellation notice after the 25th day of the Renewal Period will be charged a membership fee for the following month.
Cancellation by Member. If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership, the Member may do so by giving the Manager three month’s written notice.
Cancellation by Member. A Member may only cancel their membership by completing the Cancellation of Membership form found at Upon receiving the Cancellation Form we will cancel your Recurring Payment Authority within 14 days of receipt. Your Membership will remain active with the same access rights to Cockburn Ice Arena facilities, consistent with your current Membership Type, under this Agreement until the expiry date. The expiry date may be longer depending on when you cancel your Membership. If you cancel less than 14 days out from the next billing cycle you will still be billed for the next cycle. Reception will advise of your final expiry date so you can utilise the remainder of your Membership. There are no refunds for cancellations of your monthly Membership.
Cancellation by Member. 12 Member Member may cancel this Agreement at any time and forfeit reservation of the premises.
Cancellation by Member. You may cancel your Membership at any time by giving the Executive Director(s) of P3 Forum thirty (30) days advance written notice. All payments are non-refundable, even if a Member fails to use the services provided by P3 Forum or participate in any of P3 Forum’s sponsored activities or events. Cancellation by P3 Forum - Any member who, in the sole determination of the Executive Director(s), is found to be in violation of the Member Policies may be suspended or terminated and their payment will not be refunded.
