Cancellation or Alteration of Vacation Leave. When the Employer cancels or alters a period of vacation leave which it has previously approved in writing, or recalls an employee during a period of vacation leave, the Employer shall reimburse the employee for the non-returnable portion and/or non-refundable deposits of vacation contracts and reservations made by the employee in respect of that period, subject to the presentation of such documentation as the Employer may require. The employee must make every reasonable attempt to mitigate such losses.
