Car Expense Reimbursement. The Superintendent shall be reimbursed at the approved IRS mileage reimbursement rate which, from time to time, may change during the term of this agreement. The Superintendent agrees to maintain in force, at all times during the term of this Agreement, a policy or policies of insurance providing coverage for liability against bodily injury with limits of not less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per person, five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence, and coverage for property damage of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each accident. All costs of vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance shall be paid by the Superintendent.
