Cash Performance Bonus. You will be eligible to receive a special cash performance bonus (your "CASH PERFORMANCE BONUS") as described in the Schedule. You will receive your Cash Performance Bonus on or shortly following the end of the Compensation Period only if you are an employee of the Company on the last day of your Compensation Period. Additionally, you shall receive a prorated portion of your maximum Cash Performance Bonus if you are involuntarily terminated by the Company without "Cause" (as defined in the Schedule) or you cease to be an employee of the Company prior to the applicable payment date as a result of death or physical or mental disability. You shall not receive any portion of your Cash Performance Bonus if you cease to be an employee of the Company prior to the applicable payment date if the Company terminates your employment for Cause.
Cash Performance Bonus. The Employee will be included in the Company’s annual bonus compensation program based on a June 30th year end in an amount to be decided by the Company’s Compensation Committee and approved by the Board, payable no later than September 30th of each year during the Employment Period. The annual incentive bonus target shall be set by the Compensation Committee, but shall be no less than sixty percent (60%) of annual base salary and will be based on specific performance objectives as predetermined by the Compensation Committee, with the Compensation Committee determining the June 30th year end percent achievement of performance objectives. The Compensation Committee may recommend a discretionary additional amount based on performance.
Cash Performance Bonus. The Company shall pay the Employee bonus compensation of up to one year's base salary (which base salary shall not be less than $65,000 per year) in an amount to be decided by the Company's Compensation Committee and approved by the Board, payable annually, no later than March 31 of each year during the Employment Period. Such performance bonus compensation shall be based upon, inter alia, yearly objectives mutually agreed upon by and between the Employee and the Company.
Cash Performance Bonus. The cash performance bonus plan, if any, (commencing for calendar year 2000) will be determined each year at the time of budget review as determined by the Board of Directors, in consultation with the President and CEO. Your first year cash performance bonus will be determined by March 15, 2001 and paid in full by March 30, 2001. If no bonus program is awarded in 2000, you will be entitled to a guaranteed bonus of $15,000 payable in full by March 31, 2001.
Cash Performance Bonus. (i) During the Term, in addition to the then applicable Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a cash bonus of up to One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000) per annum, based on written performance objectives (the “Bonus Parameters”) defined by the Board or a committee thereof upon consultation with the Executive. In the event that the Board has not delivered the Bonus Parameters for fiscal year 2008 to the Executive in writing by the date that is sixty (60) days after the date of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive a cash bonus of One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000) apportioned for fiscal year 2008, such bonus to be paid in the normal course as the Company disburses annual bonuses to other employees of the Company.
Cash Performance Bonus. The Executive is eligible for a cash performance bonus with an aggregate potential annual bonus of up to Two-Hundred Thousand and no/100 dollars ($200,000.00) (the “Cash Bonus”). The Cash Bonus will be calculated based upon the sum of 3% of Gross Revenue Growth and 5% of Net Revenue Change, capped at 100% of annualized Base Salary. The calculation, administration and payment of the bonus will be determined on a semi-annual basis and shall be payable semi-annually. The bonus payment shall be paid within a forty-five (45) days after the year-end, (e.g. December 31, 2019) and the Effective anniversary date of the Agreement (e.g. July 15, 2020). It is intended that the Bonus calculation shall not include any M&A changes or any IP Monetization revenue or expense impact. It is intended to be a bonus program related to growing the core businesses and improving the net operating profits of the 3 core business units.

Cash Performance Bonus. The Employee shall be eligible for a performance cash bonus for any year under this Agreement commencing with 2013 performance based on the Company’s Leadership Cash Bonus Plan. The Employee’s performance cash bonus shall be as determined by the Board and calculated based on Employee’s performance (as an individual and as part of the Company). The decision about whether the necessary criteria have been met for a performance cash bonus and whether to award such performance bonus shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Board and is final. The bonus, should one be awarded, shall be payable within ninety (90) days following the period for which the bonus is awarded.
Cash Performance Bonus. You shall be eligible for a Performance Bonus based upon the Schedule attached to this Agreement as Exhibit "A". The payment of any bonus is subject to, and contingent upon, the approval of the Board of Directors. The precise method of the bonus calculations, and specific amount of the bonus shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and the Company has the right to alter, amend or terminate the bonus plan.
Cash Performance Bonus. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to receive a cash performance bonus based upon increases in the Company's net pre-tax profit as reported in the Company's year-end financial statements ("Net Profit"). By April 15, 2002, 2003 and 2004, the Company shall pay to the Executive a cash bonus equal to four percent (4%) of the amount by which Net Profit for the fiscal year ending on the most recent December 31st exceeds Net Profit for the fiscal year ending on the preceding December 31st (the "Annual Cash Bonus"). For example, if Net Profit for the year ending December 31, 2001 equals $3,000,000, and Net Profit for the year ending December 31, 2000 was $1,000,000, the Executive would be entitled to receive an Annual Cash Bonus equal to $80,000 ($3,000,000 - $1,000,000 = $2,000,000 x .04 = $80,000).
