Casual and Temporary Employees. (a) On each pay cheque Casual and Temporary Employees shall be paid, in addition to their Basic Rate of Pay, five percent (5%) of their Basic Rate of Pay in lieu of Paid Holiday benefits. (b) Casual and Temporary Employees required to work on a Paid Holiday shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 1/2X) their Basic Rate of Pay for such work. 24.01 Definition:

Casual and Temporary Employees.
