CDIAC Reporting. (i) Not later than October 30 of each calendar year, beginning with the October 30 first succeeding the date of the Bonds, and in each calendar year thereafter until the October 30 following the final maturity of the Bonds, the [Director of Finance] shall cause the following information to be supplied to CDIAC pursuant to Government Code Section 53359.5(b): (i) the principal amount of the Bonds Outstanding; (ii) the balance in the Reserve Fund (iii) the balance in any capitalized interest account; (iv) the number of parcels in the District which are delinquent in the payment of Special Taxes, the amount of each delinquency, the length of time delinquent and when foreclosure was commenced for each delinquent parcel; (v) the balance in the Improvement Fund; and

CDIAC Reporting. NBS will perform all necessary reporting to the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission as required by §53359.5(b) and §53359.5(c) of the Government Code of the State of California. Notice of Special Tax Disclosure. NBS will provide Notice of Special Tax Disclosure notices to requesting parties as required by §53340.2 and §53341.5 of the Government Code of the State of California.
