Certificates of Service. (1) Every employer shall issue a certificate of service free of charge to each of this employees at the time when he leaves such employer's service. The certificate shall show the employee's full name, address, age, occupation, sex, rate of pay per week at the time of engagement, rate of pay per week at the time of leaving, date of entering service, date of leaving service, date of last increase, and number of certificates which was produced by the employee in terms of subclause 9.2 (3) when entering his employment. All certificates issued by each employer shall be numbered consecutively signed by the employer or his representative, and a duplicate of each certificate shall be retained by him.
Certificates of Service. All redundant employees will be issued with a certificate of service at the time of termination.
Certificates of Service. The company shall upon receipt of a request from an employee whose employment has been terminated, provide to the employee a written statement specifying the period of his or her employment and the classification of or the type of work performed by the employee.

The Employer shall in respect of a redundancy situation, no later than 10 days prior to termination of employment, or otherwise upon receipt of a request from an employee whose employment has been terminated, provide to the employee a written statement specifying the period of his or her employment and the classification of or the type of work performed by the employee, and in the case of redundancy, the reason for termination.
Certificates of Service. Upon leaving, a certificate of service will be issued to all employees whose employment is terminated for reasons set out in subclause 3.2.1.
Certificates of Service. Employees leaving the Police may be issued at their own request with a Certificate of Service which lists the positions the employee has held but which does not express any judgement on the performance of duties.
