Worker failure to maintain certification/license/waiver may result in permanent reassignment/reclassification if, and only if, a position for which the worker is qualified is available. However, if said worker is the successful bidder for a vacant position, he/she shall be awarded said position and shall accept all terms and conditions of employment related to that position.
