Administrative Leave/Suspension. The Board may place the Minister on administrative leave, with pay at its discretion, to allow for an investigation of any complaints or concerns. UUA Congregational Life Staff should be consulted early in the process when leave or transition due to conflict or misconduct is possible.
Administrative Leave/Suspension. 1. This step occurs when the employer suspects the employee may have a severe violation or infraction that requires an investigation to confirm the allegations. This allows the employer to conduct an unbiased investigation during the absence of the employee.
