Cessation of Dues Deductions. The Employer shall be relieved from making such individual dues deductions upon an employee’s: (1) termination from employment; (2) transfer to a job other than one covered by this Agreement; (3) layoff from work; (4) an unpaid leave of absence; or (5) revocation of the deduction authorization as set forth under paragraph 3.

In addition, employees who have executed check-off authorizations which may be revoked on the anniversary date of execution, may also revoke their dues check-off authorization by giving written notice to the Union and Employer.
