DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. 4.01 The Company agrees to deduct from the pay of each employee, who is a member of the Union as per Article 3 Clauses 3.01 and 3.02, the amount of the current monthly dues as established by the Union and as certified in writing by the Union.
4.02 The amounts so deducted will be forwarded, subject to the provision of Article 3, Clause 3.02 of this Agreement, to the Financial Secretary of the Union on or before the last day of the month for which deductions were made. The Union will furnish the Company with the address of the Financial Secretary to whom the dues deductions are to be forwarded. The monthly submission will include an alphabetical listing of the names of each Employee on behalf of whom the deductions were made and the amount of the deduction. The employer also agrees to deduct the Union initiation fee from the Employee’s first pay period.
4.03 The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Company harmless against any claim or liability arising out of or resulting from the collection of these dues.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. The Employer shall, during the term of this Agreement, as a condition of employment, deduct from members of the bargaining unit the regular weekly Union Dues and such Dues shall be remitted to the Union within thirty (30) days. Deduction statements shall be documented by location, containing the full name of the employee and his starting date and social insurance number subject to the employee consenting to the use of his or her social insurance number. The Employer agrees to record the annual Union Dues deductions for each employee on his T4 Form. The Employer shall provide dues information to the Union in an electronic format acceptable to both parties. The Employer agrees to forward to the Union Office on a monthly basis, a complete alphabetical listing of all employees including their home address, home and mobile phone numbers, starting date, department and social insurance number subject to the employee consenting to the use of his or her social insurance number.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. 4.01 The Corporation agrees to deduct from the pay of each employee, who is a member of the Union as per Article 3 Clauses 3.01 and 3.02, the amount of the current monthly dues as established by the Union and as certified in writing by the Union. In addition, the employer shall deduct the Union initiation fee from each new employee from their first pay period.
4.02 The amounts so deducted shall be forwarded to the Financial Secretary of the Union so that they are received by the Union no later than the tenth (10th) day of the month following the month in respect of which the dues are deducted and shall be accompanied by an alphabetical listing of the names of each employee on behalf of whom the deductions were made, the amount deducted on behalf of each employee, and information upon which such deductions were made. The Union will furnish the Corporation with the address of the Financial Secretary to whom the dues deductions are to be forwarded.
4.03 The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Corporation harmless against any claim or liability arising out of or resulting from the collection of these dues.
4.04 The Corporation will endeavour to notify the Union if an employee is off work in excess of thirty (30) days, as a result of Long Term Disability, Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board claim, or unpaid leave of absence.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. Section 1. During the period of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to deduct from the pay of any employee all dues if:
(a) The dues amount is verified in writing by the Union at least 20 days prior to when the payroll deduction is to be made.
(b) Authorization cards are submitted and signed by each employee.
(c) The employee has sufficient funds to cover the total dues amount after other required deductions. If an employee does not have sufficient funds available in the first payroll period each month, the employee shall be responsible to the Union for such dues.
Section 2. The Employer agrees to make such deductions from the first payroll period each month for the duration of this contract. Further, the Union monies withheld will be forwarded to an official designated by the Union within ten (10) days after such deduction was made, along with a dues check-off list.
Section 3. If direct deposit capabilities should become available during the life of this Agreement, arrangements will be made for it to be utilized for check-off fees, dues, initiation fees, service fees, and assessments, if any.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. The Employer agrees that he will during the life of this agreement, deduct from each employee, each month, an amount equal to the monthly dues, constitutionally established by the Union.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES fees shall be remitted to the Union at 00000 Xxx Xx., Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. In the event a refund is due an employee for any sums deducted from wages and paid to the Union, shall be the responsibility of such employee to obtain the appropriate refund from the Union.

DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. When a labor organization holds exclusive recognition, or when an organization of person- nel not subject to collective-bargaining agree- ments has consultation rights under section 1004 of this title, the Postal Service shall deduct the regular and periodic dues of the organization from the pay of all members of the organization in the unit of recognition if the Post Office De- partment or the Postal Service has received from each employee, on whose account such de- ductions are made, a written assignment which shall be irrevocable for a period of not more than one year.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. 5.02.01 Deductions shall be made only in accordance with the provisions of said Authorization for Check-Off of Dues, together with the provisions of this Agreement. The Employer shall have no responsibility for the collection of initiation fees, membership dues, special assessments or any other deductions not in accordance with this provision.
DEDUCTIONS OF DUES. 4.1 The Management shall deduct on the payroll for the pay period which contains the 24th calendar day of each month from wages due and payable to each regularly assigned employee coming within the scope of this Agreement, an amount equivalent to the uniform monthly union dues for the Union, subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth hereunder.
4.2 The amount to be deducted shall be equivalent to the uniform, regular dues payment of the Union, signatory hereto, and shall not include such payments as initiation fees and special assessments except as specified in Article 4.
