Change Log. The Supplier must keep a change log. It must include: dated change requests; dated estimates of remuneration for preparation of solution proposals; dated solution proposals; approved solution proposals; updated time schedules; updated payment schedules; and other relevant documents. All change requests must be assigned consecutive identification numbers, so that each change request and its associated documents may be tracked in the change log.

Change Log. The supplier shall maintain a joint change log containing all relevant documentation regarding changes, including dated requests for changes and proposals for solutions. A more detailed description of the process regarding changes is given in Appendix 12.

Change Log. The Supplier shall keep a joint change log containing all relevant Documentation concern- ing changes, including dated change request and solution proposal, and shall incorporate the changes into the Contract in accordance with the provisions of clause 29.3. A further description of the procedure for change management is included in Appendix 9.
