Changeover. Supervisors are required to arrange relief when an employee is unable to attend his/her shift. Employees who are unable to attend their shift must endeavour to contact the supervisor at least 8 hours in advance.
Changeover. The Company or its authorised representative are required to arrange relief when an employee is unable to attend their shift. Employees who are unable to attend their shift must endeavour to contact their supervisor/manager in advance.
Changeover. The Government reserves the right to conduct site visits with prospective offerors in all contractor-operated facilities in conjunction with the solicitation of offers for the follow-on contract. In the event the follow-on contract is awarded to other than the incumbent, the incumbent Contractor shall cooperate to the extent required to permit orderly changeover to the successful contractor. With regard to the succession of Contractor’s employees, a recruitment notice may be placed in each facility.

Changeover. In the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement or any Statement of Work for any reason, Manufacturer shall, at no additional charge, effect an orderly and efficient transition of the work performed hereunder to Ericsson or to a successor manufacturer during a transition period to be specified by Ericsson.
Changeover. The resignation or termination of services of the Escrow Bank shall be effective and the process of change-over shall be completed only upon the transfer of proceeds in the Escrow Account to the Substitute Escrow Bank or by issuance and handing-over of an instrument in accordance with the proviso to Article 9.1 (b) above, as the case may be.
Changeover. 1. If the Company makes an immediate change to the uniform, the Flight Attendants will be provided with the new uniform at no cost. For example, the Company changes from a blue uniform to a lime green uniform.
2. If the Company makes an immediate change to a uniform piece and no longer allows a uniform piece(s) to be worn and has replaced it with another piece(s), the Flight Attendants will be provided with the new uniform piece(s) and the accessories, if required, at no cost. For example, the Company changes from the regular shirt to a new style shirt that must be worn with a scarf. The new style shirt and the scarf will be provided at no cost.
a. The Company may phase out uniforms and/or pieces by planning a changeover of uniforms and/or pieces at the expiration of each item’s lifespan. For example, the current uniform consists of blue shirts. The Company plans to replace the blue shirt with a white shirt. When ordering replacement shirts a Flight Attendant will order white shirts but will be allowed to wear the blue shirt during the transition.
b. If during a period of phased changeovers described in a. above, the Company requires a Flight Attendant to replace a uniform item(s) prior to the expiration of each item’s lifespan, the Company will contribute a pro-rata share of the Flight Attendant’s 50% payment obligation if applicable. For example, if the item is changed over at a point of half its normal life span, the Company will contribute 50% of the Flight Attendant’s portion of the replacement cost, making the Company’s total cost 75% and the Flight Attendant cost 25%.
4. Any remaining balance on prior uniform pieces will continue to be deducted until fully paid.
