Changes to Price. You agree that we can change the Tuition Fee. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking any such action. Any increase in the Tuition Fee will be effective from the start of the next Enrollment Period. If you do not wish to continue using the Academy after a price increase, you can cancel your Enrollment any time before the price increase and your cancellation will be effective from the start of the following Enrollment Period.

Changes to Price. The price of this Contract is not fixed, and may be altered as a result of: • the actual cost of Prime Cost Items and work for which Provisional Sums have been specified exceeding the estimates set out in this Contract (see items 19 & 20 of the Schedule); • Variations, including those required by a building surveyor or any authorised person under the Building Act 1993 (see clause 69); • interest on overdue payments (see clause 28); • surveying of the land where this is required (see clause 14); • any additional amounts payable for excavation work for the construction of footings (see clause 80); • any order made by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal or a Court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction; • costs and delays attributable to the Owner (see clause 88); • GST (see clause 134). •costs attributable to compliance with any environmental conditions imposed by any authority including Carbon Tax. Please make sure that you fully understand how the clauses dealing with each of these matters affect the Contract Price.
Changes to Price. The actual costs incurred for this amendment will be billed to HHSC separately. The contract Fee Ceiling calculation and limitations will not apply to this amendment and costs billed will not be included in the Retrospective Cost Settlement Audit. All pricing provided for both options below are subject to change based on changing requirements and actual conditions.

  • Changes to Fees Modernizing Medicine may change the fees and discounts set forth in this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice (the “Notice Period”) of such change to Medical Practice. Any such change shall take effect at the beginning of the next Renewal Term after the expiration of the Notice Period.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.
