Changes to Price. You agree that we can change the Tuition Fee. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking any such action. Any increase in the Tuition Fee will be effective from the start of the next Enrollment Period. If you do not wish to continue using the Academy after a price increase, you can cancel your Enrollment any time before the price increase and your cancellation will be effective from the start of the following Enrollment Period.

Changes to Price. The price of this Contract is not fixed, and may be altered as a result of: • the actual cost of Prime Cost Items and work for which Provisional Sums have been specified exceeding the estimates set out in this Contract (see items 19 & 20 of the Schedule); • Variations, including those required by a building surveyor or any authorised person under the Building Act 1993 (see clause 69); • interest on overdue payments (see clause 28); • surveying of the land where this is required (see clause 14); • any additional amounts payable for excavation work for the construction of footings (see clause 80); • any order made by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal or a Court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction; • costs and delays attributable to the Owner (see clause 88); • GST (see clause 134). •costs attributable to compliance with any environmental conditions imposed by any authority including Carbon Tax. Please make sure that you fully understand how the clauses dealing with each of these matters affect the Contract Price.
Changes to Price. Up to the time of final payment for trips involving air transportation, GTO/GE reserves the right to increase the price of any program by the amount of any increase in its cost including (without limitation) increases in aviation fuel prices, air carrier tariffs, motor coach company tariffs, rates of currency exchange, energy surcharges, overseas costs, and applicable government taxes and fees. In trips not involving air transportation, GTO/GE reserves the right to pass on these increases at any time up to the beginning of the trip. I agree to pay such increases in price and understand that I shall not be entitled to cancel my reservation and receive a refund as a result hereof. I authorize GTO/GE to select a qualified replacement for my teacher-chaperone if he or she is unable or unwilling to accompany the group. I represent and warrant that I do not have any medical or other problems which would affect my program participation.
Changes to Price. The actual costs incurred for this amendment will be billed to HHSC separately. The contract Fee Ceiling calculation and limitations will not apply to this amendment and costs billed will not be included in the Retrospective Cost Settlement Audit. All pricing provided for both options below are subject to change based on changing requirements and actual conditions.

  • Changes to Fees Modernizing Medicine may change the fees and discounts set forth in this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice (the “Notice Period”) of such change to Medical Practice. Any such change shall take effect at the beginning of the next Renewal Term after the expiration of the Notice Period.

To be effective, any written change must be signed by the Contractor and by the Town or by a person expressly authorized in writing to sign on behalf of the Town.   • Changes to the Work 7.1 Changes to the Work may be accomplished by preparation of and execution of a change order or construction change directive. Change orders or construction change directives will be preceded by a change proposal request initiated by the Architect. The Construction Manager shall provide prices and details within 30 days of receipt of a change proposal request, and the Architect shall forward the completed change proposal request to the Owner within 15 days after receipt of the information provided by the Construction Manager.
