Childcare Leave. a. An employee covered by this Agreement shall be eligible for a childcare leave (maternity, paternity or adoption) for up to six (6) months. The District may, upon written request, extend such leave for additional periods of time. An employee on childcare leave covered by OFLA may use accrued leave in the following order: sick, personal and then vacation.
