Common use of Choice of Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Choice of Vacation Period. An employee having three (3) or more weeks of vacation entitlement shall be entitled to receive a minimum of three (3) of those weeks in an unbroken period. Seniority shall prevail in choice of this vacation period. All vacations shall be taken at a time agreed upon between the employee and his supervisor.
