Choristers. A. GENERAL
Choristers. CHORISTERS shall be engaged on a weekly basis or on a single performance basis, on the terms hereinafter set forth:

Choristers. It is agreed that Clauses 30:05(A) and (B) do not apply to choristers unless there are fewer than five (5) choristers in the photograph.
Choristers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Chorister who is engaged to perform as a part of the LAMC’s regular season at the large group rate, and in that performance sings in a group of sixty (60) Choristers or fewer for at least ten (10) minutes, shall be paid for said performance at the rate specified for groups of sixty (60) Choristers or fewer.
Choristers. Add new language to IV. 10.8: CHORISTERS shall be compensated not less than their hourly rehearsal rate with a minimum one (1) hour call for Evaluations. SO PROPOSAL #7
Choristers. On or before May 1st of each year, the Employer shall provide to the local AGMA Chorus Committee a list of all Choristers who have not been engaged by the Employer in the past six (6) seasons (not counting the 2020/21 season). The Employer will contact all Choristers on the list via email to solicit the Chorister’s availability to remain on the Current Roster. The Employer will notify the local AGMA Chorus Committee of any Chorister who does not respond within ten (10) business days of inquiry. Any Chorister who does not respond within thirty (30) days of inquiry will be removed from the Current Roster.
