Christmas or New Year's Day Off. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to give each employee either Christmas Day or New Year's Day off, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Employees who have Christmas Day off may request and will be given preference for Boxing Day off and the Employer shall, based on operational requirements, make every reasonable effort to grant such requests in order of seniority.
