Christmas or New Year's Off. (a) Applies to both full-time and part-time employees. (b) The Employer shall endeavour to provide at least five (5) consecutive calendar days off but no less than three (3) consecutive calendar days off at either Christmas or New Year's alternately, unless otherwise arranged in accordance with Article 12.
