Citizenship Ceremony Leave. An employee who is required to attend a ceremony for the purposes of receiving his/her Australian Citizenship Certificate shall receive leave with pay at ordinary time rate for any time on which ordinary time pay are lost. The employee shall provide the Company with reasonable notice in advance and allow the Citizenship Certificate to be sighted for verification.
