City Airport. Normal working time shall be between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., based on an eight (8) hour, and/or ten (10) hour shift pattern. Start and stop times may vary with agreement between the Employer, the Union and the Employees.

City Airport a. Men's and Women's Toilet Rooms i. The toilet paper dispensers in the men's and women's toilet rooms' designated accessible stalls obstruct access to the side grab bars. Provide a toilet paper dispenser in the designated accessible stall in each room in a location that meets the Standards and does not interfere with the use of the side grab bar. Standards §§ 4.16.6, 4.22.7, 4.17.6. ii. The room signs mounted on the men's and women's toilet rooms' entry doors do not provide the required access. Provide a room sign mounted on the wall adjacent to the latch side of each room's entry door at a height of 60 inches above the finished floor to the centerline of the sign. Mounting location shall be such that a person may approach within 3 inches of signage without encountering protruding objects or standing within the swing of a door. Standards § 4.30.6. iii. The flush valve controls are located on the closed side of the designated accessible stalls in the men's and women's toilet rooms. Provide a flush valve control that is located on the open (wide) side of the designated accessible stall in each room or install an automatic flush device. Standards § 4.16.5 iv. There are no visual alarms in the men's and women's toilet rooms. Provide a visual alarm in each room that complies with the Standards. Standards § 4.28.3. v. The doors to the men's and women's toilet rooms have a clear opening width of 27 1/2 inches. Provide a door for each room with a minimum clear opening width of at least 32 inches measured from the face of the door to the opposite door stop with the door open 90. Standards § 4.13.5. b. Accessible Parking Spaces None of the 8 designated accessible parking spaces on the parking lot are on the shortest accessible route to the accessible entrance to the building. Provide a 96 inch parking space and a 96 inch access aisle for one designated van accessible parking space, and a 96 inch parking space and a 60 inch access aisle for the other designated accessible parking spaces, that are located on the shortest accessible route to the accessible entrance of the building. Two accessible parking spaces may share a common access aisle. Provide a "van accessible" sign mounted below the symbol of accessibility on the sign identifying the designated van accessible parking space. Standards §§ 4.6.3, Fig 9, 4.6.4, 4.30.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Department’s Contract Manager The Department’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Department’s oversight of the Contract, will be identified in a separate writing to the Contractor upon Contract signing in the following format: Department’s Contract Manager Name Department’s Name Department’s Physical Address Department’s Telephone # Department’s Email Address If the Department changes the Contract Manager, the Department will notify the Contractor. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.
