Civic Duty Leave. Leave of absence for jury duty, or to respond to a subpoena for a legal proceeding must be granted to faculty. Any witness fees must be turned over to the District. If the faculty member is a plaintiff or a defendant in a case not related to his or employment, there shall be no compensation.
