Civic Duty Leave. 1. Professional Employees called for jury duty shall be paid full salary minus compensation paid jurors. 2. When subpoenaed as a witness as a result of employees’ professional duties to the District and/or civic responsibility, prior written authorization from the Superintendent or his/her designee will be required. Full salary will be paid minus compensation paid for witnesses.
