Clarification on Bidding Documents. The prospective Bidder requiring any clarification about bidding documents may seek clarification in writing on the tender document during pre-bid meeting which shall be held at 3:00 PM onward on scheduled Date as mentioned in the e-procurement portal. The clarification of the queries would be uploaded on the website for Bidders information. Bidders are required to consider all the clarifications/amendments while preparing their bid proposals. Therefore, Bidders are requested to visit the said website on regular basis for checking necessary updates. These changes can be incorporated until 7 days before the last date of bid submission.
Clarification on Bidding Documents. 22.1. A bidder may seek clarification regarding the Bidding Document provisions, bidding process and/or rejection of his bid. Consultant/Owner shall respond to such requests within a reasonable time. However, such information relating to the evaluation of bids and recommendation of award shall not be disclosed to any other persons not officially concerned with the bidding process.
Clarification on Bidding Documents. 3.1 Bidders can seek written clarifications 5 days before the Pre-Bid meeting date to Deputy General Manager (Tech), Gujarat Informatics Ltd., 2nd Floor, Block No. 2, C and D Wing, Karmyogi Bhavan Gandhinagar 382010. GIL will clarify and issue amendments if any to all the bidders in the pre-bid meeting. No further clarification what so ever will be entertained after the pre-bid meeting date.
Clarification on Bidding Documents. A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the Bidding Document shall put the query under "REPRESENTATIONS" tab or relevant field of the on-line bid at least three days prior to the clarification end date or as per the rules set by the GeM Portal. EMPLOYER will respond to any request for clarification or modification of the bidding documents that it receives within the time line specified. Bidders are advised to regularly check the portal for clarifications issued by HURL for the tender, if any. Bidders must check the clarifications issued before submission of Bid. Should the Employer deem it necessary to amend the Bidding Document as a result of a clarification / representation, it shall do so and upload the amendments in the tender on the e-tender portal.
