Common use of Class Observations Clause in Contracts

Class Observations. The administration will collaborate with faculty members to arrange times and dates for classroom observations so as to minimize any disruptions to the teaching and learning processes. A faculty member’s class cannot be observed by persons other than the appropriate College administrator(s), unless prior notice has been given to the faculty member and has been approved by the Xxxxxxx (or his/her designee). This provision will not apply to class observations in courses or programs which are funded by a non-College source, which may include grants or other monetary awards which require such class observations.
