Class Size Reassignment. During any semester when a non-career tech teacher is initially assigned a class in excess of 30 students, and some or all of those students do not need the course to satisfy graduation requirements, and said student(s) do not have transportation to leave campus, those students (above 35) will be reassigned to Career Tech program areas that have less than the established capacity or those students will be assigned to a non-credit bearing course supervised by a non-bargaining unit member.

  • Room Reassignment The Manager may in its sole and unfettered discretion, relocate the Resident to another Room upon 48 hours advance written notice. The Resident agrees to comply with the terms of any relocation notice and to remove and relocate the Resident’s property to the Room designated in the relocation notice. Residents are required to comply with any de-densifying efforts required on campus due to Covid-19 or other public health or safety emergency, including, but not limited to, the relocation of all or some residential students to alternative housing.   • Reassignment of Purchased Receivables Upon deposit in the Collection Account of the Purchase Amount of any Receivable repurchased by Seller under Section 5.1 hereof, Purchaser and the Issuer shall take such steps as may be reasonably requested by Seller in order to assign to Seller all of Purchaser’s and the Issuer’s right, title and interest in and to such Receivable and all security and documents and all Other Conveyed Property conveyed to Purchaser and the Issuer directly relating thereto, without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of Liens created by or arising as a result of actions of Purchaser or the Issuer.
