Classification and Pay Range Tables. Pursuant to this section, the pay ranges will be revised and workers employed as of the date noted below will receive the corresponding pay increase. As of February 1, 2016: 3% pay increase As of February 1, 2017: 2.75% pay increase As of February 1, 2018: 2.75% pay increase As of February 1, 2019: 3.0% pay increase As of February 1, 2020: 3.25% pay increase If a successor contract is ratified by January 31, 2016, the pay increase for February 1, 2016 listed above will be automatically increased to 3.25%. For workers who already have 20 years of service as of the date of this Agreement, Step 7 increase to be applied to workers current wage rates, prior to applying February 1, 2016 wage increase. The realignment for HVAC and Electrician positions are inclusive of the 2016 pay increase, with HVAC and Electrician positions receiving pay increases as outlined above beginning Feb. 1, 2017.

  • Demographic, Classification and Wage Information XXXXXX agrees to coordinate the accumulation and distribution of demographic, classification and wage data, as specified in the Letter of Understanding dated December 14, 2011, to CUPE on behalf of Boards of Education.
