Clerical Duties. 1.1 Provide frontline customer and reception services for the xxxx.
1.2 Provide xxxx clerical services and medical record maintenance including receiving and processing all direct/indirect admissions and discharges for the xxxx.
1.3 Receive and redirect incoming correspondence, phone calls and visitors, including internal and external clients to appropriate personnel.
1.4 Coordinate xxxx administrative requirements including the purchase and maintenance of stationery supplies, office equipment and facilities.
1.5 Liaise with all levels of clinical, managerial, administrative and support staff via paging system, telephone and email.
1.6 Arrange patient transport and assist country patients to access the travel assistance scheme.
1.7 Provide orientation for new and relief xxxx clerks, and clinical staff to the clerical requirements of the xxxx.
Clerical Duties. 6.01 Sufficient time for completion of various statistical reports, surveys, and requests for information shall be given to administrators whenever possible.
6.02 While it is recognized that a certain amount of clerical work must be performed by the unit members, it is the intention of the Malden Public Schools to keep such work to a minimum. If an administrator is in need of assistance for clerical duties, the central administration will make a reasonable effort to provide assistance. Emphasis will be to provide clerical assistance to facilitate the administrator in the evaluation of staff.
6.03 The Association and the School Committee agree that Article 6.02 relating to clerical work is not intended to rebuke the School Committee to hire additional secretaries.
Clerical Duties. 1.1 Provides clerical services for outpatient clinics including reception duties, telephone interception and liaison duties.
1.2 Arranges new and review outpatient appointments using the appointment / outpatients module within the Patient Administration System (PAS) and booking diagnostic tests and procedures as required.
1.3 Maintains communication with senior nursing staff concerning matters relating to patients.

1.2 Coordinates the wards daily administrative requirements including meal lists and physical resources where necessary.
1.3 Screens incoming correspondence, inter hospital, public and private via phone and in person and directs queries to appropriate personnel.
Clerical Duties. 2.1 Receives and processes correspondence and distributes appropriately.
2.2 Transcribe correspondence, memoranda, minutes, clinical reports/summaries and presentations from dictation or draft. Proof read and edits copy for completeness and correctness.
2.3 Arranges meetings, prepares agendas and takes minutes as required.
2.4 Maintains records and filing systems, including organising general office systems and photocopying as required.
2.5 Maintains department and other applicable databases.
2.6 Raises requisitions and stationary orders as required, including catering and other Services / supplies.
2.7 Assists with the maintenance and ordering of xxxx stores as directed.
2.8 Facilitates payment of accounts by getting invoices authorised and forwarding for processing.
2.9 Monitors and organises maintenance of assets including printers and other equipment.
Clerical Duties. 2.1 Research and copy articles from Library as required by nursing staff.
2.2 Generate operating lists on computer, update and collate for theatres, wards and relevant departments.
2.3 Process audit of Theatre Management System and follow up missing data.
2.4 Liaises with the theatre floor coordinator to coordinate cancellations when they arise.
2.5 Maintains and orders stationery stock including maintenance and repair of office equipment.
2.6 Assists with photocopying, faxing, filing and writing up of meeting minutes.
2.7 Maintains data on theatre bookings, and cancellations.
Clerical Duties. Food Clerks at ratification 2022 shall keep their clerical duty ranking(s) and shall continue to maximize their hours in their current ranking. There shall be no clerical duty postings after Ratification 2022.
Clerical Duties. The following duties shall be considered Food Clerk duties: Cash Office Payroll Price Changes SOM/UF Card Maintenance Books/Magazines Within thirty (30) days of ratification the Employer shall post a list of employees currently ranked in the above Off-till duties. The parties shall confirm these lists within thirty (30) days of the list being posted. Any disputes shall be referred to the Troubleshooter. An in-store posting system shall be used to fill vacant hours within the above duties. These vacancies shall be posted for a minimum of seven (7) days and awarded to the most senior Front End Food Store Clerk. All successful applicants are subject to an appropriate Training and Trial period. The Employer shall assign clerical duties by rank. An employee cannot receive more hours, as a result of their ranking, in their classification than their seniority allows. In the event an employee receives more hours as a result of clerical duties, a posting must be posted to rectify the situation. Employees who transfer or post to another Store or Department are considered to have relinquished their clerical duties.

Clerical Duties. Coordinate, without direct supervision, the daily processing of all new outpatient referrals. Liaise with Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Support Services staff to ensure efficient organisation /prioritisation of all referrals. Maintains a consistent and high standard of reception and clerical support service to each assigned area. Provides reception support to a variety of clerical positions and may be required to provide relief support where directed. Monitors and screens incoming inter hospital, public and private phone calls, internal and external mail and visitors to the area, managing as required or directs to the appropriate personnel. Responsible for the provision of outpatient clerical services, reception duties and medical record maintenance including receiving and processing all direct/indirect outpatient attendances. Arranges for interpreter service when required. Receive new referrals, enter the information onto the PAS and have all referrals assessed by consultants. Ensures completion of appropriate referral documentation. Ensure that appropriate action is taken for appointments including arranging tests and the availability of all patient documentation prior to the appointment Carries out regular audit of first referral Waitlist of appointments, collates results and advises of results under the direction of the Coordinator Outpatient Administration
