Closure of Plant. In the event of closure of the plant or a substantial portion of the plant as a direct result of Act of God, fire, flood, or any internal or external labour dispute or strike, lay-off notice, as defined above, as it affects employees concerned shall be a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days.
