Clothing/Apparel. The Company agrees that rainsuits that fit, will be made available for employees whose posted classification are Lift truck or Maintenance, and are required to work outside the plant in weather requiring this type of apparel. The available rainsuits are for use by all employees in these classifications and are not provided individually. The Company agrees to supply clean welding coats that fit properly.   • Clothing Employees after 152 hours employment with the Company will be supplied with:

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00).
