Common use of CLT Appointments Clause in Contracts

CLT Appointments. Credit Towards Tenure A Professor who has held (a) CLT appointment(s) and who is the successful candidate for a tenure-track appointment shall, at the Professor’s option, receive seniority towards tenure consideration for the number of years served. No Professor who has held (a) CLT appointment(s) may receive tenure without being recommended for tenure by the University Review Committee.
