Clubhouse Rules. A. Clubhouse rental is a private membership club for Member hosted events.

No running, throwing objects or rough housing in clubhouse or on deck Do not tamper with the clubhouse thermostat unless prior approval by CHRC Board No smoking in the clubhouse or on the deck Report any preexisting damage on the premises to Clubhouse manager/CHRC Board Do no place tables, chairs, cradles directly against walls. Fireplace is not to be used without prior approval from manager/CHRC Board Not more than 120 people are allowed in the clubhouse at any given time. The deadbolt lock on door leading to the outside deck must be kept open when the clubhouse is in use. Also, this exit may not be blocked. Guests are to not be permitted on the lower deck around the pool unless the pool facilities are also rented. After hour pool rentals require approval by the Board of Trustees. The club is in a residential area. The volume of music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level in consideration of neighbors.

During the registration process, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. If Being Boss has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided false information, shared your username and password with anyone else, or forwarded any non-public material from Being Boss Media to any other person, Being Boss has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of Being Boss Media or any online material, in whole or part, in its sole discretion and without refund. Any personally identifiable information you provide as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of the Being Boss Privacy Policy at xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxx/privacy. You are strictly forbidden from the following: • Causing damage to any Being Boss Media • Using Being Boss Media for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity • Using Being Boss Media to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any spyware, virus, worm, Trojan horse, keystroke logger or other malicious software • Using Being Boss Media to transmit, send or deliver unsolicited communications or for other marketing or advertising purposes • Systematically or automatically collecting data from Being Boss Media • Sharing private and proprietary information from Being Boss Media with anyone else Being Boss may, without notice, refuse access to Being Boss Media (in whole or in part), without refund, to any person that fails to comply with these Terms or for any other reason in its sole discretion.

Clubhouse Rules. The clubhouse keys are maintained by the Management Agent or Assistant Secretary. The clubhouse is for the use of owners, residents and their invited guests. It cannot be reserved for use by the invited public or for business. The owner or resident who reserves the clubhouse must be present during the entire function.
Clubhouse Rules. In order for the Clubhouse to remain an enjoyable place for Chestnut Hill residents to gather, please follow these rules for your scheduled event. Pre-event: • Please do not use tape, tacks or nails to hang decorations or other items Post-event: • Please return thermostat to 68 degrees when using the heat and 76 degrees with using the air conditioning • Return all furniture, including outside umbrellas, to its pre-event position • Do not leave any food or refrigerated items behind in clubhouse after use • Wipe down all counter tops and tables with the appropriate cleaners located under the kitchen sink • If the outside grill was used, it should be cleaned and turned off • Remove all the trash including the restroom and kitchen and dispose of it in the dumpster located in the parking lot • Do not put trash under clubhouse by restrooms (Portion of deposit will be forfeited) • Spray, Mop or Sweep ALL rooms • Turn off all the lights except the outside front porch lights • Make sure all doors are securely shut and locked
