Codeshare. (a) Unlimited codeshare flights are included in this Work Order for up to three (3) codeshare partner airlines to be implemented either at cutover or during the term of the Work Order. (b) Additional codeshare partners beyond the three (3) listed above are not included in the fees in this Work Order.

Codeshare. An agreement between airlines where a partner air carrier places its two letter designator code on flights operated by Cape Air (9K) to facilitate interline travel. In this situation, the flight may be marketed under a trade name owned by the partner air carrier but all such marketing will clearly disclose to the Customer that the flight is operated by Cape Air. Cape Air’s codeshare relationships include Cape Air flights sold as “American Airlines” under the “AA” code, Cape Air flights sold as “JetBlue” under the “B6” code, and Cape Air flights sold as “United Airlines” under the “UA” code.
Codeshare. Unlimited codeshare flights are included in this Work Order for up to three (3) codeshare partner airlines to be implemented at cutover. Additional Codeshare partners implemented after cutover are not included. Codeshare flights refer to flight numbers, either marketing or operating. An agreement with the other carrier is required. (a) The Codeshare function provides the ability for an airline to partner with another airline to offer services to cities where the host airline does not fly. Additional market availability is provided without the added cost of aircraft, flight crew and airport facilities. The SabreSonic system currently supports IATA Options 1, 2, 3, and 4. The SabreSonic codeshare product is very flexible; allowing the carrier many choices in how various bookings and responses will be sent and processed. When a passenger checks in on the SabreSonic—hosted carrier’s flight that connects with a marketing flight, SabreSonic recognizes the codeshare flight; if the operating carrier has an EDIFACT agreement with the operating carrier, then EDIFACT Through Check-In is performed. This product requires a Codeshare agreement. (b) The Codeshare Marketing TCS Date Relate functionality allows carriers participating in codeshare arrangements to link classes of service to dates in the TCS (Teletype Codeshare Table) enabling them to add effective and discontinue dates ensuring the marketing carriers classes of service are mapped and translated to the operating carrier’s classes of service for the exchange of booking data. (c) The Operating TCS Table gives the operating carrier more control over what classes of service are being booked by the marketing carrier. This table is used to validate the fare class mapping translations for inbound IATA Option 1 and 4 booking messages sent by the marketing carrier. It is also used to translate the marketing carrier class to the operating carrier class of service for IATA Option 2 bookings and AVS messages.
Codeshare. For codeshare services on flights operated by another airline, THE CARRIER is responsible during the full codeshare trip for all the rights of the Passengers set forth in its Contract of Carriage. The rules included in THE CARRIER'S Contract of Carriage regarding ticket issuance will apply to codeshare services on flights operated by another airline. However, each transporter has rules with respect to the operation of its own flights, and some may differ from THE CARRIER'S rules for flights operated by THE CARRIER. The rules with respect to operations that may differ between THE CARRIER and its codeshare partners include, but are not limited to: a. Performance of carriage and acceptance of the Passenger; b. Unaccompanied minors; c. Refusal to transport; d. Special services; e. Operational changes; f. Compensation; g. Baggage;
Codeshare. TAM shall pay a maintenance fee of USD$ * per month plus monthly fees of USD$ * for every published Codeshare flight during the month. Codeshare flight count is collected from the carrier's KSIF (Codeshare Foreground Table) table. As additional Codeshare flights are added to the KSIF table, the USD$ * fee will be assessed. The monthly fees of USD$ * per flight will not apply for Codeshare flights with *. No implementation charge shall apply for the Varig Codeshare flights, but the monthly fees of USD$ * for every Codeshare flight shall apply for Varig Codeshare flights.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will be not be added until approved by SSAS and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require 7 calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.
