- COFFEE TIME. A. It is agreed that all employees of the Employer covered by this Agreement will be permitted fifteen (15) minutes time both in the morning and afternoon to drink coffee or refreshments on the job during regular working hours and at the conclusion of the eighth (8th) hour where ten (10) or more hours are worked in a shift. It is, however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner as to not stop the normal operation of the job.
- COFFEE TIME. Employees shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period once each half shift. When coffee or other refreshments are consumed during rest periods, employees shall not unreasonably exceed the time provided.
- COFFEE TIME. There will be a five (5) minute wash-up time allowed at the end of each shift.
- COFFEE TIME. 2.6 a) All employees covered by this agreement shall receive a twenty (20) minute coffee break as near to the middle of their watch as possible.
