Installation and Training. Unless otherwise specified, fees set forth in an Order Instrument do not include installation and training fees.
Installation and Training.
1. Wholesaler agrees that all provided software and ordering devices will be fully functional at time of installation.
2. Software updates, system changes, and training will be facilitated through a variety of communication methods. Scheduled maintenance as well as new Product offerings and enhancements will be detailed on the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility’s Order Express home page. Training can either be provided on-site by the business/IT team or the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facility will have the option to participate in application training webinars.
3. Wholesaler’s software for CSOS and Mobile Solutions can be downloaded from the Internet. System requirements and installation instructions for CSOS and Mobile Solutions will be available from Wholesaler upon request.
4. Training will include:
a. Proper use of order entry devices including computer and hand held units
b. How to access and interpret Wholesaler’s inventory status
c. Order placement process (Product inquiry, placement, order edit, printback confirmation, etc.)
d. Any required ordering system maintenance e. Downloading price changes
Installation and Training. United shall install or cause to be installed a minimum of one terminal plus associated equipment for printing messages, data, air tickets, boarding passes and baggage tags (“Automation Equipment”) at Contractor’s airport locations and selected administrative locations. United will determine, in the exercise of its sole discretion and judgment, the necessity and feasibility of installing and upgrading Automation Equipment, so long as the quantity and quality of Automation Equipment installed at Contractor’s airport locations are sufficient to permit Contractor to satisfy the standards for Contractor’s United Express Services under this Agreement. Any and all modifications, enhancements, improvements or developments pertaining to the Automation Equipment, or other new related technology, may be made available to Contractor by United, in its sole discretion, under terms and conditions to be determined by United on a case-by-case basis. United will train Contractor’s instructors, as applicable, in the proper use of Apollo Services and Automation Equipment as described in the Customer Service/Reservations Handbook or any other related United guidelines. Contractor agrees to establish a training program with internal instructors. Only qualified personnel who have satisfactorily completed a United prescribed training program will be permitted to operate any Automation Equipment (hereinafter “Designated Users”). United may, at its discretion, monitor or test the proficiency level of Designated Users. If United determines that any Designated User’s proficiency levels are insufficient for the proper use of the Automated Equipment or Apollo Services, then Contractor must arrange for such Designated User to undertake any further training which United determines necessary to bring such Designated Users to the desired proficiency level.
Installation and Training. As soon as practicable following the delivery of the Software, NetGravity will provide reasonable assistance to Licensee by telephone and e-mail in installing the Software. At Licensee's request, on-site installation assistance and training may be provided at NetGravity's standard rates, plus reasonable travel expenses.
Installation and Training. 29.1. The Supplier must carry out any installation work required by the Supplier at the date(s), time(s) and location(s) required by the Purchaser. The Supplier must not begin any work without the approval of the Purchaser.
29.2. When the Supplier believes acting reasonably that it has completed any installation works it must notify the Purchaser. The Purchaser may thereafter inspect the installation work and, by notice to the Supplier:
29.2.1. accept the installation works; or
29.2.2. providing reasons, reject the installation works.
29.3. Where the Purchaser rejects installation works in accordance with clause 29.2.2 the Supplier must immediately rectify or remedy any defects.
29.4. The Supplier must carry out any out any training required by the Supplier at the date(s), time(s) and location(s) required by the Purchaser.
29.5. The Supplier is deemed to have inspected the premises at which the installation will take place so as to have understood the nature and extent of the installation to be carried out and is deemed to be satisfied in relation to all matters connected with the installation and the location. The Purchaser shall, at the request of the Supplier, grant such access as may be reasonable for this purpose.
Installation and Training. A factory certified representative from the supplier must be on-site during and supervise the installation, testing and training of the radar and computer equipment. Radar fine tuning and system set-up and programming will be performed by the supplier with assistance of the contractor. Provide 2 complete manuals for each RDS type.
Installation and Training. ActaMed will provide installation, set up and training services at all ActaMed Sites as reasonably necessary to enable such ActaMed Sites to utilize the Network accurately and efficiently. In this connection, ActaMed will (i) install software, and if necessary and appropriate and consistent with contractual relationships between SBCL and ActaMed, hardware, (ii) confirm set up thereof, (iii) confirm the ability after set up to successfully transmit and receive modem communications with the applicable SBCL Lab and that requisitions and results functionality is accurate, and (iv) provide competent and timely training to the Automated Provider's personnel regarding Lab EDI Services. Such installation, set up and training services shall be provided to, and connectivity to the Network established for, any Provider or PSC designated by SBCL. If ActaMed identifies a Provider which is a potential new customer for Lab EDI Services, it shall so notify SBCL and SBCL shall determine if such installation, set up and training services shall be provided to such Provider. SBCL and ActaMed shall [*] to establish [*] to provide guidance on [*] of ActaMed suggested Automated Providers. Prior to any installation, set up and training services being rendered hereunder, SBCL and ActaMed shall have each entered into an agreement for such Lab EDI Services with such new customer which agreement shall contain the provisions set forth on EXHIBIT II.B.2(b).
Installation and Training. Xxxxxx shall provide installation, installation assistance and training only to the extent expressly provided herein, or in a statement of work referencing this Agreement. Except as expressly provided, site preparation and installation are the sole responsibility of the OEM. Xxxxxx does not accept responsibility for the connection of the Systems to non-Xxxxxx OEM products. Should OEM connect or request Xxxxxx to connect the Systems to any non-Xxxxxx OEM products, Xxxxxx shall have no liability for any malfunction or damage which may result.

Except as expressly provided, site preparation and installation are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Xxxxxx does not accept responsibility for the connection of the Systems to non-Xxxxxx Customer products. Should Customer connect or request Xxxxxx to connect the Systems to any non-Xxxxxx Customer products, Xxxxxx shall have no liability for any malfunction or damage which may result.
Installation and Training. 2.9.1. VPS or Vodacom’s Third Party Service Provider will deliver the Device and telephonically assist the Merchant in setting up the device, train the Merchant, to train the Merchant’s employees on how to use the Compatible device and maintain the POS device.
2.9.2. The Merchant is responsible for choosing a supervisor and manager PIN upon installation of the POS device, to change it from time to time and to keep it secure.
