Compelling Personal Importance (CPI. 1) Compelling Personal Importance Leave shall be charged to sick leave.   • Performance while Dispute is Pending Notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, the Supplier must continue without delay to carry out all of its responsibilities under the Contract that are not affected by the dispute. Employees with access to Student Data shall have signed confidentiality agreements regarding said Student Data. All employees with access to Student Records shall pass criminal background checks.
