Common use of COMPENSABLE LEAVE Clause in Contracts

COMPENSABLE LEAVE. A. At the beginning of the school year, each teacher shall be credited with fourteen (14) days of Compensable Leave. This benefit will be prorated for teachers hired after the beginning of the school year according to appropriate percentages associated with the hiring date.

This benefit will be prorated for teachers hired after the beginning of the school year according to appropriate percentages associated with the hiring date. This benefit will be prorated in the same manner as described above for teachers whose employment is terminated prior to the end of the school year.
