Compensation for Extra-Curricular Assignments. The following schedules will be the basis of payment for the various positions listed for the 2023-2024 School Year. The schedules for the remaining years of this Agreement shall be increased by 50% of “consumer price index” (“CPI”) as that term is defined within the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law (“PTELL”) with a ceiling on the CPI of no more than 5%.Any new positions authorized by the Board will be placed in the appropriate category. Newly employed/assigned teachers may be given credit for out-of-district activity sponsorship as recommended by the Administration. Employees assigned for sponsorship of part of an activity will be paid on a pro rata basis for the amount of time involved.

Compensation for Extra-Curricular Assignments. 1. Extra-curricular compensation represents a substantial financial commitment on the part of the Employer to advise and/or coach students participating in these activities. Because of the varying responsibilities, training, experience, amount of time and student participation included in each activity, a flexible schedule of compensation is necessary to compensate personnel assuming such duties. To meet these needs, the following schedule and conditions of compensation is adopted.
Compensation for Extra-Curricular Assignments. Teachers who are assigned extra-curricular duties may be paid a stipend in addition to their basic salary amount for designated additional services. Teachers assigned extra-curricular duties, as determined by the school employer and provided herein, shall be paid on a multi-year basis determined by the employer.   • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Compensation for Mandatory Assistance City will compensate Contractor for fees incurred for providing Mandatory Assistance. If, however, the fees incurred for the Mandatory Assistance are determined, through resolution of the third party dispute or litigation, or both, to be attributable in whole, or in part, to the acts or omissions of Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees, Contractor shall reimburse City for all fees paid to Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees for Mandatory Assistance.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
